With minimum work required on the existing kitchen, Maclaren Constructions focused the wet areas of this independent living unit. The project required a full refurbishment of the bathroom, ensuite and laundry/separate toilet area. The ensuite was reconfigured to remove the existing bath from under the window and install a new wall-to-wall vanity. The reconfiguration allowed for a full-length mirror to be installed, provided ample storage and opened up the available space within the ensuite.
