The location of this project required Maclaren Constructions to work in conjunction with the independent living community to ensure minimal disruption to the neighbouring residents of this unit. Working within the footprint of the unit, Maclaren Constructions refreshed the interior by resurfacing the existing kitchen, creating a new laundry zone and installing a new custom built vanity in the two-way bathroom. To finish the refurbishment, the new paint and carpet has given this unit a homely feel.
