Maclaren Constructions fully refurbished this two-bedroom unit to rejuvenate the tired interior into a fresh, neat and clean independent living unit. As part of the refurbishment Maclaren Constructions installed a functional new kitchen, using the existing kitchen footprint, a completely new two-way bathroom and cabinetry to the laundry area. Where possible, Maclaren Constructions will work with the client to reduce costs by re-using existing materials in good condition. In this refurbishment the floor tiles in the laundry area were able to be retained.
