The community centre was a focal point for the retirement village and was in need of a significant uplift. Maclaren Constructions worked closely with the client to deliver this project as per specification, within a tight time frame whilst minimising disruptions to the resident group. The project involved refurbishing the large community hall and providing a resort style design to the library, snooker and multi purpose areas.
